Description

We are looking for new teachers for Minneberg School for the autumn term of 2025.

Minneberg School is a modern secondary school located in the center of Arvika, close to the transport hub, library, and sports center. We offer a safe and tailored environment for each student's needs, with spaces for recovery, community, activities, and relationship-building.

Positions

As a teacher at Minneberg School, you will be a mentor for a group of students in grades 7-9 and work as a subject teacher in a team. We use digital teaching materials and other digital tools as a natural part of our teaching. At Minneberg School, we work in a Google environment, and all students have their own Chromebook.

  You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in a special education group.
  Permanent position, 100 %
• Primary School Teacher: Mathematics/Science Subjects
  You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in mathematics and science subjects.
  Permanent position, 100 %
• Primary School Teacher: Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language
  You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in Swedish and Swedish as a second language.
  Permanent position, 100 %
• Primary School Teacher: English/Spanish
  You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in English and Spanish.
  Permanent position, 80 %
• Primary School Teacher: Home Economics
  You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing in home economics.
  Temporary position, 100 %, during the autumn term of 2025, with possible extension

Qualifications

You are a qualified teacher and hold a teaching license. We believe you are a good leader, have a sense of humor, and want to go to work to learn new things every day, both for yourself and your students. Creating positive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues is important to us and to you. You view collegial learning positively, focusing on leadership, relationships, and subjects. At the school, you will work closely with your team, so we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
